Dear K1/K2 families,
We hope that you are well and are able to enjoy your time with family. We miss your children and hope that we get to see them soon. We would like to invite you to share photos of your child playing or of their work/activities with us on twitter by tagging us at the twitter handles assigned to your child’s class and our school. You may prefer to send us these via email. Please know that this is optional and is just a suggested means of maintaining a home/school connection. We would love the opportunity to still “see” your children doing things that they enjoy doing. When you have a moment, please send a quick email to your child’s homeroom teacher to let us know if you have received our email from Monday and are continuing to receive communication from us. While we do not want to burden anyone, we want to ensure that you feel supported and to know that we are here for you and for your families. We are also home with our own children and know what it is like to be home trying to fill the days with happiness and learning under the circumstances. Mental and emotional well-being continues to be our focus and concern for all. So Be Well, Be Community and Be Innovative; if you need help with any of the above, we’re here to help.
Best wishes,
The K1/K2 Team
